Hello
I have selected office 365 inclusive extra on TUESDAY and they told me you add on activation take place in 24 hours but still I didn’t receive any update regarding that my office 365 is activate or not because they don’t send me text and it shows activate on EE app only. Please help where to contact regarding this.

Thanks for confirming @amiash.
If you have not received a text but this is showing as active in your EE account I'd recommend giving us a call on 150.
The team should be able to resend your activation link.
