Nhs perks password

Trying to reset my password but email link is not working....I've checked my emails and junk but have not received a reset email.

Hello, 

I registered for EE Perks some time ago but then ultimately didn't take out a product. However I want to now but I too am unable to log into my EE Perks account to become an EE customer (NHS employee). Spoke to tech today and they said it's my HR who have to reset my password... don't think so.

I've tried to reset the password and the email never comes. 

I tried to re-register with another NHS email address (as I think I used my .net account) and, whilst the verification email came through, when I clicked on it it just took me to the log in page and then I oviously couldn't log in as I don't know the password.

The tech guy suggested registering with a new email address but I can't do that either as the system recognises my name and both work email addresses..... loosing the will to live somewhat but need to escape Lyca mobile so will persist!! 

Please can anyone help?
