Nhs discount

Hi guys, I have just upgraded my phone to iPhone 14 pro max. EE told me to call back with the code and they could apply it. I’m trying to get a code for the 20% Nhs discount.  
When I attempt to retrieve code it tells me account deactivated. Any help or advice would be great 😊
