New to ee went for Samsung a53 and bt sport but sport will not play on a53.

When trying to watch bt sport error code VC018 keeps coming up tried all suggested and 150 is closed

Tried all of this it works on my wife's phone not my new a53 . Must have a bug 🐛 . can watch other stuff on bt but not the live stuff ?? Hopefully ee will contact me tomorrow.  Or I will phone them .

Hi @LSINC was your issue sorted as i am having the same problem. I reported it to EE a few days ago but it is still not working

I believe so rhe fix was.

Go to settings 

Go to apps

Click on bt sport app

Go to permissions 

Select camera allow app 

Select microphone allow

Seems to have worked but the test will be when football is on.

Hi @LSINC I tried the above before yesterdays game but it still did not work so frustrating as we can only test it when live football is on and EE dont seem to answer the phones at that time

Your correct it didn't work for me either but worked on my old s10 lite and my daughters phone must be the phone . I plan on contacting again tomorrow.  This getting really frustrating now 😒
