I can't seem to get any offers at all when I us my by app to that give me £5 off with ee I try to select the £9.30 sim only with ee as I'm getting exactly the same thing but paying £38 for wich is a joke but I forgot to change my contract last Yr and was auto automaticly put on the plan I've been trying to change my contract for 3 weeks and it finishes on the 27th of this month but afer going through the whole process and clicking on confirm I'm aways give the same response  they cant seem to find anything that I'm compatible with please call 150 to talk to an advisor yeah I did that last time got my s22 for what I was told would be £28 a month wich was reasonably as my original number that I had got the same phone a week prior was £16 but it was the first number I'd ever had  since 08,1999 23yrs but turns out I'm paying £49.50 not £28 because I'd signed some up without the knowledge or actual  Specifics of what I would have to pay. The thing I have a problem with is that I get 2 completely different quotes on the same thing miles apart from each other as for some reason I have multiple accounts with ee but they never link them together so I have one that my sister has got 5 phone contacts with that's less than £80 per month  (my original phone number lol) and I have a account that was linked with my original number but then for some reason was separated that I use and have 3 contracts under and for some reason are linked with the other account so everything cheaper and u get more benefits and perks. I think ee has lost it's loyalty and are solely dedicated to grabbing as many new people to sign up to a 2 Yr commitment promising and supplying people with great support, pricing and information but then not giving a s*** and extorting every penny they can get while  Enticing new customers with  a £9 sim only deal and making there loyal customers pay 3 times as much and get less for it.

Hi @Foogle126.

Are you trying to upgrade to a SIM only deal?

Have you spoken to our upgrades team to see what's available for you?
