Good morning @Fantastic1977!
To begin, click on the 'Shop' button at the top of the EE website. Find the phone/laptop you are looking for and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase.

You can also contact customer service via live chat who can help you along.
Thanks,
Alex

Logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

Anyone can place an order from anywhere but if you are not already an EE mobile contract cust. you should not be logged into MyEE when doing so.
When you order you will be given the option to provide your PAC from the other network in order to keep your no.
