How do I activate Netflix, I have recently upgraded and have it as an add on. I haven't received a message so not sure how to activate.

Hello @Mark527,
If you have Netflix as an inclusive extra selected on your plan you would activate it by going to ee.co.uk/netflix and entering your number, confirming a PIN then clicking the activate button which will take you to Netflix to enter your account details.
Make sure you do have Netflix selected as your extra already either by logging into your online account and going to the inclusive extras section under your plan, or by texting PICK to 150 which will either confirm you have it picked already or will let you know how to pick Netflix if not.

Why this is not easily available on the website or the app? I spent a long time looking for it. It seems to be clearly made on purpose, it is very unfair.

For information on how to select an Inclusive Extra, please see our Inclusive Extras on EE page. You can text PICK to 150 to select the Inclusive Extra.
