I have Netflix as an add on but have not received a link to activate

Does Netflix show active in your EE app add-ons? 

How long ago did you activate the Inclusive Extra?

Hello, I have the same issue. Netflix and Apple Music are showing as active on my EE app add-ons but there are no instructions as to how I subscribe to these.

You should have received a text message with a link to activate each subscription. If you haven't received them, please get in touch on 150 so a member of the team can resend them for you.
