Hi I want to purchase a watch but ever time on go I only get to add it to the basket and I can't go any further after adding the cover and I log in to my account to be told I am not the account holder ,so why can I see all my details then ,??????

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
