NReal Air AR Glasses

Why can't I just order a set of NReal Air glasses? If I want to do it online I have to sign up to a 24month contract with EE. Otherwise I need to find a store with some in stock. EE Customer service were unwilling to do this for me and said I just have to ring every store individually to check myself. This is a joke and makes me glad I'm not an EE customer.

NReal glasses are an add on, accessory, and any add ons and accessories are only available to EE customers.

From what I have seen, they are also available on eBay and amazon.

According to EE Customer Service they are available for anyone who is not an EE customer to walk into a store and buy if you can find a store with some in stock. They refuse to tell you which stores have them in stock and refuse to order them to be delivered to a local store.

@Profile closed , I personally would not buy them, very expensive and as I wear glasses, would not spend the money, but I just gave you the link where you can order or buy outright, as well as eBay and amazon. It is EE’s right to make that decision and only some of their stores actually supply them, that is on street stores.

@shockwave , I personally do not care what you think about them or what you choose to spend your money on, that just seams like a very small minded and childish response. Amozon stock them but will not ship to them to the UK. I don't use E-Bay. All I wanted was to either visit a website or walk into a store and buy a product from the only licenced UK supplier. Apparently too much to ask. I have been in contact with NReal themselves and they have raised it with their head office and I am awaiting a response from them directly. They were very shocked at how their official UK supplier was treating potential customers. You do not need to reply any further to this thread as will now be deleting this account which I only created in an attemp to buy a product. Enjoy the rest of your day.
