NHS perks

Hello, I had registered for NHS perks with an NHS account of which ive had for a few years but that NHS email account is now deactivated/deleted as we were issued with a central new/ NHS email domain. I've attempted to use my new NHS email address to retrieve my EE NHS PERK  account as I need to access my discount codes but EE does not recognise the new NHS email domain. How can I reactivate my EE NHS perks account using the new NHS EMAIL domain, please?

@Hana123- The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team. Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer.
If you would like me to do that, please send me a private message with your mobile number and the email addresses that you registered originally.

Hi @Hana123-

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the NHS email domain is not being accepted, you can also register using a personal email address and uploading a picture of your work ID badge on our EE Perk Registration page to get access to your discount codes.

Hello

Thank you. I had also registered my personal email address and asked for a password reset (did this several times) but it hasn't come through. I have been trying for a few days now.

Are you able to help push the notification through or help me in any other way so that I can reset my password and gain access?

Thank you!
