Hi
I've just upgraded my phone which means a new contract. I was told my NHS perks does not automatically carry over from my previous phone to the new one and I have to re register to obtain a new code.
My problem is each time I try to re register it informs me my nhs email already exists. Each time I log in as an existing customer it informs me my nhs email already exists. I've also tried logging into my nhs email but there's no link to follow.
I have contacted the Technical Department of which we were on the phone together for over an hour trying to sort but to no avail.
Can anyone please help. I'm about to start pulling my own teeth out in frustration 🫤
