My perks password needs resetting and I have requested a link numerous times to reset it and haven’t received it. I have been unable to obtain an NHS discount code because of this. I have been told by EE to check with my IT Department to see if they are blocking the emails with the links but am on annual leave at the moment and cannot check. I feel that there should be an easier way to get the discount applied. I have tried to upload a photo of my ID and as I have already tried to register with perks it won’t allow me to do this. Does anyone have any ideas about what else I can do? Thanks

Could you have registered with a different email address, such as a personal one?
Does your work email address have any aliases?

Thanks James my work email doesn’t have any aliases and I have been told that the reset password link emails won’t have been blocked so should have come through. Iam now wondering if I may have mistyped the work email address in which case I don’t know how this could be checked ?
