Hi,
I’ve logged into my NHS PERKS and it states I have 5 codes left to use. When I try to generate a code I get an error message.
Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative.
I have no idea how to resolve this. Please help.

Are you also able to login to your perk account but are getting the unable to retrieve code error message when trying to generate the code? I will send you a private message to get some details from you to take a look.
