Good Morning,
Got a quick question. Recently upgraded and used a Perk Code and its been added to my account. I've contacted 150 in regards to getting the NHS Stay connected bonus added to my account also. The rep told me it is automatically added to my account if i go over my data limit. I was just curious if this is the case as on my app it just says the Stay Connected Free Data in the account section nothing about the NHS offer. which I believe is 0.5mbps to 2mbps. Thanks!

That's right, as long as you have the add-on that states 'Stay Connected Free Data' once you have used your data allowance this will then activate.

Afternoon Katie_B, I've been having issues with my EE Perks account. When logging in I get the following Error. 'Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.' This is odd, as I have used this account and its codes several times over the past few years. I have tried re-registering, but states my work email is already in use, and I've tried resetting password but the issue remains. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
