Hello
I'm trying to use a Blue Light Card code witch I had got off a family member and I can't seem to get it to work or find out where I am meant to input the code as it tells me invalid.
Am I doing something wrong or is this because the code isn't registered to me??

Is it a Blue light discount or an EE Perk discount code?
The Perk discount can only be used on plans that aren't special offers or already discounted.
Could you try on a different device or browser and let us know if it's the same? Try typing the code in manually as well and not copy & paste.

From the message I got it states Blue Light Card but then gives me a EE Mobile discount code at the bottom off the email witch doesn’t work for any type of phone contract. I’ve tried using it on new contracts/ upgrades and also sim only and nothing seems to work or when ever I input it, it’s states not valid
I’ve now tried it on 4 different devices and also different web browsers so I’m unsure what todo. I’ve only ever typed it in as I know some times copy and paste can not work.

The blue light code won't work this would need to be a perk code.
You would need to register for a perk account and get the discount code from there, have you done this?

No I’ve not done this as this wasn’t me who got the code it was a family member witch done it. I don’t have a work email witch is registered with the EE perks portal.
I took the code I got into my local store and they said that the code I got is online discount only so it would work at the final step before purchasing the contract

The family member would need to register for a perk account, once verified they will have access to five codes they can use and give to family and friends.

Hello,
So the blue light card code I got doesn’t work for anything because when I spoke to the people in the local EE store they said it’s an only discount code only.
I’m not sure if they have a work email address as I know that’s what you need as well as a personal one to get hold off the 5 codes via the perks portal

They can sign up with a personal email address as long as they're able to upload a copy of their work photo ID to verify it.

I'm having the same issue and I'm registered to the perks site. When entering the code on check out I'm getting
Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.

Could you try typing the code manually making sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
If it still doesn't work, could you try on a different device or browser please?
