Hello @Adiczekthc ,

Welcome to the community,

No sorry, as they count as accessory and are an add-on, so you would need to have either a phone or sim only contract to get them.

You can however get them in store, but I suspect you would have to buy them outright, not all stores stock them, but hopefully they can order them for you if they do not stock them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I tried calling 150 to remove mine too but they never picked call . No code or text to remove 500intl add on ? I am sick and tired of this add on and it’s making me pay high bill

How can I cancel the international 500mins add on . I activated it by sending 500INTL1 to 150

I thought it’s one off purchase. Just seeing in my second bill when I didn’t even use it . I am so **bleep**ed off right now

Hi @Edward2626

Welcome to the community.

These add-ons are reoccurring until cancelled.

Have you tried cancelling this within your My EE account under 'Plans & subscriptions'?
