Thanks for coming here.
When a customer takes out a contract that is eligible for the pre-paid card offer, the lead number on the account will receive a text 1-5 days after purchase.
This text advises that the digital pre-paid card will be sent to them in a text message after the 14 day cooling off period. The customer will then receive a text to claim the card 15-30 days after the contract was initially taken out.

I received my new phone on November 14th but haven't had a txt. Will it go to the new number? It is a gift for my son and won't be activated till Xmas, but I have the main phone on the account.

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your eligibility. As long as you're eligible, you should receive the message 15-30 days after receiving the phone to the lead number on the account.

Where can the digital mastercard be spent?

You can use your digital prepaid card online or over the phone, in most places where
Mastercard® is accepted.
