I cannot complete registering my account, I registered on Saturday, verified my work email, was told it can take up to 72 hours but I haven’t received any email confirming this. I can’t login it just keeps saying invalid login. Please help 🙂

Yes I have checked my spam for my personal and work emails and have not received anything. Is there no way the account can be deactivated so that I can start again? Or can someone send me the link I would need to reset the password?

When you say you have validated your email address, did you receive an email with a link to validate it?

Hi,
yes I received an email to my work account to verify my email address, I clicked on the link and it said it would take up 72 hours to verify and I haven’t heard anything since. I have tried using the forgot password link and am not even receiving an email with a link for that.

You won't be able to reset your password until your account is verified.
What happens if you follow the verification link again?

It takes me to the login in page and no combination of credentials will work

You'll need to login with your NHS email address and the password you entered when registering.
