Linking new Ee perk to existing account

I’ve just been sent an EE perk through my work place. As I already have an ee account can I use this on my existing account?

I’ve been with EE since 2002 but this specific contract since 2019 I believe

You wouldn't be able to add the discount until you upgrade, this would need applied within the first 30 days.
