Issue with Apple Music after upgrade

I had on a previous contract a smart benefit which was Apple Music  with no issues. Rang up and changed to sim only with an odd-on benefit. They tried on the phone to activate and I tried in app and got this. Any help would be great. Don’t want to pay for an Add-on I am not getting

Is this a screenshot of the message you get when you try to add Apple One or Apple Music as your inclusive extra?

That’s right. It’s like when I go to select because the contract was renewed it did not cancel off. EE cs service said they sorted it but still does not seem to work.

I think it's probably best to speak to the Mobile Care team and let them know that whatever they tried didn't work. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it and get you access.
