Inclusive extras

Hi there 

Netflix was listed as an available extra when I upgraded but now I can’t see this option either within the app under ‘select inclusive extra ‘ or from the PICK text to 150.

can anyone assist?

Yes , it’s my first inclusive extra.

i upgraded on Saturday and my new phone activated yesterday.

You can view the available Inclusive Extras for the iPhone plan, in our Full Works Plan for iPhone | 5G ready iPhone plan (ee.co.uk) page.

However, Netflix was listed and their logo shown when I was browsing available ‘inclusive extras’ with this plan. This was a key reason for me signing up to it 
would you be able to assist in how I can obtain this inclusive extra?

I can see @Leanne_T has linked all Inclusive Extras for iPhone. 

If could view Netflix during checkout, please give us a call on 150 so this can be looked into further.

When calling 150 as stated, I'm send a text message with a link, when I open this it says 'there's been a problem with your request'. 

Can you advise on how I can activate Netflix within inclusive extras please?

Thanks for coming back to let me know.

If you are having trouble with the text message link, you can press 2 instead when you call 150 to access the IVR. 

We'd need the team over the phone to amend your plan if you have been put on the wrong one and can't select Netflix as a result.
