Inclusive extra

I have recently got an EE sim with Discovery Plus + TNT as an inclusive extra. I was told I would receive an email about setting this up but I have not received an email.  Do I need to do anything or does it take a while to come through, it’s been four days.

Welcome to the community.

Is the inclusive extra selected in your EE Online account/EE App? This usually triggers a text message to be sent to the device with an activation link.
