As an EE broadband customer I saw a deal for a 30 day full works SIM with 3 added benefits. It was discounted because I'm a broadband customer. One of the advertised inclusive extras was tnt sport, but it doesn't appear to be an option when I access my account.

If you text PICK to 150 are you provided with the option for TNT Sports on discovery+?

I texted PICK to 150. It did offer me TNT Sport as an option. To accept that option I texted TNT. It noted that I already seemed to be paying for it, so asked me to text YES to go ahead and make it an inclusive extra. So I texted YES.
I received the reply "Sorry we are unable to complete your request. Please try again later or if you continue to receive this message call us on 150".

Thanks. The option has now appeared on the app for me so it seems to be resolved. The app seems to be having a lot of issues with updating the right account information.
