How do u find out if your free gift is on the why to u. As I  got a free gift with my Samsung galaxy s24 ultra phone

Hi I got the Samsung galaxy s24 ultra phone back in February it come with 2 free gifts ear buds and a smart tag  put I have sill not got them jet. How do I find out wen there will be here for plz

When did you buy it. Have you checked the sales page as you normally need to apply to Samsung unless this is an EE gift.

Back in February I did claim it through with samsung put sill no free gift the phone was from ee. And it did come with free gift earbubs and smart tag

You'll need to contact Samsung via the portal you made your claim. The offer is made and administered by Samsung not EE.
