I did the Apple TV add on, free for 6 months and I've been charged a month later

@Maisie78  Sounds like you didn’t set it up correctly.       Did you get confirmation that it’s been added when you applied for the EE offer ?  Did you then link that to your Apple account?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I thought I had set it up ok. When I go into Apple TV subscription it confirms free for 6 months but then I got an email to say my first payment was due 23/7/24. 

I double checked after the email so not sure what's happened.
