Does anyone know how to use the inclusive 6m Apple Music (+6m streaming) & 6m Apple TV+ add-ons that come with new SIM Only contract accounts?
On my add-ons page it says these are active but it gives no instructions on how to use them.
For Apple Music when I select 'joined through EE' during registration it keeps trying to resurrect an old account of mine saying the add-on is already applied there but it isn't.
For Apple TV+ I can't think of any way to add that to my Apple TV+ account on my smart TV's Apple TV+ app?
I did wonder whether the add-ons were for new to Apple Music/TV customers only but the write-up for them doesn't suggest this is the case on my add-ons screen.

If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the status of Apple Music through EE.
For Apple TV, text TV PLUS to 150.

I spent quite a while with support earlier but just went round in circles really. The free 6 month add-on for Apple Music either is being used by another Apple ID if I try to creste a 'joined through EE account' or is not added to my current Apple ID if I login with that
I did try sending that text ref Apple TV+ to 150 but I didn't get anything back.

Our Help page advises for this error:
In some cases, if you have previously had an Apple Music subscription you might see this error message. To fix this, please contact Apple Support and ask to change the Apple ID associated with your Apple Music subscription.
Have you tried contacting Apple?
