How to change EE perks email

I’ve had my email changed in work and now can’t get into my EE perks . Does anyone know how you can change it please

Hi I have this same issue my work nhs email address has changed and I can’t register new address as it recognises my name etc on the perk website so I have no way of getting my new code.

I'm also having this issue. I spoke to someone on the online chat who said it had been changed, but I still can't access my account and I'm ready to upgrade so really would like to access my discount code!
