Hi everyone,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently outside the UK and I want to get in touch with EE customer service, but unfortunately I can’t call them at the moment. On the EE website and app, I only see a phone number as a contact option — no email address or live chat.
I have quite a detailed enquiry, so I’d really prefer to send it by email if possible.
Does anyone know if there’s an email address I can use to contact EE directly?
Thanks so much in advance for your help!

You can't! EE provide no email contact.
Do you have a roaming issue?
If you are on contract you might need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Feel free to post your detailed query here, if it's not account-specific.
