• Hi I've logged on to Samsung promotion site and it's asking for a invoice number but I haven't got one as I had my new phone home delivered and the paperwork I got didn't have a sales invoice with it

If you have ordered over the telephone or via our website, you can use your order confirmation email or your delivery note as proof of purchase and your order number will be showing on there for you 🙂
