How do i claim free ear buds for galaxy zflip 4

I upgraded last year and the offer of free buds was on, I waited for an email but then forgot and have just realised when I was looking at the new Samsung watch, how can I claim my free buds?

You are out of time to claim this gift as the Flip 5 is now out. You needed to be claimed from Samsung promotion which was a limited time offer.

It would have said on the sales page, samsung members app on the phone and you would have (if registered) Samsung marketing emails. 

Nothing can be done now.

How can I claim for my free ear bugs. I upgraded last year and for got to claim.
