How do I access XBOX Game Pass that came with the console?

Hey, I am having such a hard time with EE right now. Grateful if anyone can help.

I bought an xbox with 24 months of game pass through EE, how do I access the game pass?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

How long ago did you receive the Xbox?

I received it around 2 weeks ago. I do not have game pass showing on my account.

Did you purchase the Xbox on Add to Plan where it is being charged to your mobile bill?

If you did can you try to register online by entering your mobile number. It is best to do this when connected to the mobile network, rather than on WiFi.

Let me know how you get on.
