I'm new to EE, and after finally getting the Inclusive Extra I was sold, I now need to change my choice. Any ideas? Is it a rolling monthly thing or do I have to wait hours for the online chat?

Just to be clear on this. If I have Netflix as the extra and am going on holiday tomorrow, I can change to Roam Abroad extra and Netflix will stop tomorrow and Roam Abroad start?
