How do I Change my Inclusive Extra?

I'm new to EE, and after finally getting the Inclusive Extra I was sold, I now need to change my choice. Any ideas? Is it a rolling monthly thing or do I have to wait hours for the online chat?

You can only change this once a month.

Thanks for your swift reply. Therefore the option appears one month after selecting the Inclusive Extra?

@jenksruss , if you have chosen an add on from the inclusive extra, then you will have to wait until the following month, if you have not already done so, then log in to your account either via the My EE App and you will then be able to choose an option, if you have already done so, then you will have to wait a month before changing to another option, hope that helps.

Is there a limit to the number of times you can change the inclusive extra? Other than the maximum once per month you mentioned. Thanks

I don't believe there is a limit. 

You can only make a change once a month as you have mentioned.

If you've had your additional extra for a while and then change it, how long does it take for the change to take effect?

You can change your inclusive extra every 30 days. Each Inclusive Extra may take up to 24 hours to activate.
