Help with ee perks

Hi, I used to have access to ee perks but I can no longer access it as my work email has changed. Does anyone know how to fix this as I’m with the same company but different email address and I cannot re register as it says I already have account. I have just upgraded and needs access to the perks to get my new discount code. Thanks
