I took out an Unlimted Full Works (non-iPhone) sim only contract £48 / £24 for 12st 12 months on 17th March 2025.
EE are not billing correctly and I cannot locate the email - can you (anyone) please post details of the offer / applicable dates or ideally the banner / picture of the offer please?
Many thanks.

Usually EE should be able to tell from the code linked to your tariff, or the time when it was taken out, if you get in touch with them on 150.
Sometimes the tariff will feature something like "(12MHP)" in the name, but other times they just deploy a 50% discount for 12 Months to the standard tariff and that may have been what failed to be added.
Are they specifically asking you for this proof/have you spoken to Customer Services yet? They're generally happy to help look into this kind of thing, they're not all robots and are happy to chat it through.

Hello @matteynon76 ,
Welcome to the community,
We have no idea who you are and do not have account access, this is a public forum, you will have to speak to customer service to sort this out.
Is this your first bill? If so, payments for the month are made one month in advance, so it would be one month in advance plus the rest of the month to when you upgraded or took the contract out, which would mean the next month will be exactly right.
I would suggest downloading your bill and checking it all out what you are paying and whether there is an addition to when you took out the contract.
