Google Pixel 7 Pro - prepaid £300 card

Hi, could someone from EE please explain how I claim the £300 prepaid card. I appreciate it will need to be after the 14 day cooling off period. I've spoken to EE and had two different versions of what I need to do. 1st CS representatives said I don't need to do anything and it'll be sent to the home address after 14 days, 2nd CS representative said I'd be text a link. He txt the link and all it shows is the T&C's and doesn't actually show you how to claim. It's very frustrating that EE are pushing these deals but I can't get a straight answer.

Any help would be appreciated

You'll receive a text message with a link you can follow to claim your card 15 days after you receive your phone.
