Google Pixel 7 Pro £300 prepaid card Problem

I am having trouble trying to get help with this. I took out my contract in December and was informed I would receive a code via text or email to claim my prepay card. I never received it and after visiting my local EE shop several times I still didn't receive a code. By the time I called customer services they said the time had elapsed and I could no longer claim. They did say that there was a note on the account that I did try and chase this prior to the date passing by. Since then I have been referred back to my local EE shop, who referred me to customer services, who referred me to Google, who referred me to customer service. English is my fourth language and although my written English is good my spoken isn't as good. I feel that perhaps they don't take my problem seriously. I now do not know what to do as I just passed from pillar to post and am getting nowhere. I would really really appreciate some assistance.

The pre-paid digital card offer ended on 24 November 2022.

Forgo to say I was sign up at Richmond EE store 10/11/22 ,haven't received email or text about the prepaid card , 30 days after which is 10/12/22  I bck to the shop confirmed the number I chose to use and asking about the card and result is ( read 1st post ) ,the staff says I have to call CS to find out , the CS was helpful bcos from to time been delayed too long and several times visit the shop and call EE CS then call  google repeatly again and again , until today the EE CS tell me im not eligible after 5 months chasing , I remembered that was black Friday sale , I received call from my previous provider O2 offered me the black friday sale 2 days in a row, ended up I chose EE for Google pixel 7 pro as read  on website 7 pro have £300 digital credit , so why is like this , the CS said promotion was on Oct then claim at Nov , and Dec promotion claim at Jan , so Nov promotion was pulled off , this is 1st time in my life heard about promotion started then in the middle pulled off then continue promotion again , does it sound logical? If I know at the begining im not eligible then whats the point to pay expensive contract and also not even have free ear buds , last month I chase  , the CS was agreed I should have received text or email but I received none, this problem very frustrating me and desperate, personally feels like I being cheated , or I miss understanding , I wish have some right answer , why tell me after 5 months said im not eligible ? Doesn't sound fair .

I did post the 2nd statement at reply ,included purchase date 10/11/22 and
number confirm date 10/12/22, after 1st month I keep being kicked to CS
and Google claim then CS then EE store again and again , I'm seriously fed
up with this game , it also effected my mental issues ,I can't find the
solution and no one can help
