Hi there,
im trying to claim my 6 months ultimate gamepass for Xbox, when I follow the website or click the link in my text from EE it just says page broken and they are trying to fix it!
this has been for a few days now! Any ideas please?

If you haven't already, can you please try copying the link in your text and paste it into a different browser?
Chrome is usually a good shout to give this a try in, unless that's already your default for opening message links.

Thanks for giving that a try for me, @Jordan_classact.
Can you please make sure that you're on mobile data rather than WiFi when trying to access this?
Also what model of phone are you using right now?

@Jordan_classact Just double checking but it has been more than 14 days since your broadband package went live? And its via Plans and subscriptions> Manage Gaming you are going via the website when you get that error?
If it has been over 14 days, with it not working on any browser tried, the issue will need one of our guides help to get it resolved and activated for you.
If you give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone they will be able to help get it sorted.
