I’m having trouble using a discount code online for my partners contract over the last week. Was told by multiple ee employees over the phone a full contract and can be added afterwards. Got contract yesterday and phone arrived today. Link that I was sent stating to upgrade and follow link takes me to a help page. Just spoke to EE again told this isn’t possible. Is there anything that can be done to apply it?

@Bax88 To add a F&F discount code to a contract that that your already have you have to call customer services so they can add it you can not apply this yourself online. Obviously you must have a different discount code to your own.

@Bax88 : Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.

We tried 2 different codes online whilst we were on the phone to an advisor and they didn’t know why it wasn’t added on and then told us to upgrade and add after

CS says there is no way of added on after. I sent email through ee on my app and I received this email back. I don’t really know what to do now

Well, as it's over 45 days of taking out the contract, you can't use a discount code on it.
