Can anyone advise as I’m not getting any joy with getting this resolved.
I’ve given a couple of 50% discount codes out to family & they have used them to switch over to EE. They’ve switched to a Sim only deal for 24months but code is only showing as discounted for 6 months. Tried filling in the colleague products form but they just keep closing it saying code has been applied, so not fully understanding the issue - despite me asking them to contact me. 150 said they should think themselves lucky as the discount should only be 30% - obviously a training issue there.
Starting to wish I’d not bothered !
