I’ve just upgraded to a Samsung a52s and there was an offer to claim some free headphones. 
how do I do this?

It was a Samsung promotion. Claim from Samsung Promotions within 60 days of purchase or receipt.

It shouldn't be! Purchasers had 60 days to claim from the last purchase on 5th April.
