Hello I have had a free trial with EE some time ago for Apple Music but have recently upgraded my SIM only deal that includes an extra and I’d like Apple Music again. Will I still get a free Apple Music trial? How do I activate the extra? Thank you.

If you text PICK to 150, do you get the option to add Apple Music as an Inclusive Extra?

When I text, I get this. I’ve had a free trial of AM before with EE but I’m a current subscriber through Apple. When I cancel my Apple subscription it shows an expiry date.

If you log into the EE app, do you have Apple Music showing as active?

Thanks Leanne. I’ve had text messages with links in to activate and on my app it shows this.

You would need to cancel Apple Music with Apple and then follow the link to set up the inclusive extra once this has been cancelled.

I have cancelled it and it says my subscription with Apple is still active for another couple of weeks. Once that expires then I can set it up again with EE?

Yes, please keep the link you have been sent and once the subscription has ended follow the link to get set up 🙂
