Upgraded to S23 Ultra on 31st July. Waited till 31st Aug as per advice here for the ear buds. Nothing received. Called EE on 31st and told they would contact manufacturer to chase up and to expect call from manufacturer within 48hrs. Still heard nothing. Called EE again today to chase it up, now being told need yo claim through samsung but there's no where to claim. Can someone please help with this mess?! Thanks

Welcome to the community.
I think there may be some confusion around the offer. As far as I can see, the Samsung Buds2 Pro offer ran between 30th June - 31st July and was for Samsung Galaxy S23 & S23+, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was not included in this offer.
It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team again so that they can check which offer you were eligible for and try to find a solution.
