Fitness+ voucher & Beats Flex earphones not delivered

I have purchased the Apple Watch 8 on a contract which includes 24 months of Apple Fitness+ and a free pair of Beats Flex earphones, however, neither have been delivered. 

Could you advise, please?

Have you tried texting  FITNESSPLUS to 150. If not you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

The headphones will be sent 15-30 days after purchase to your account registered address.
