Fitbit Versa black friday deal

Hey! I recently purchased a Pixel 7 pro. There was a black Friday deal to include a fitbit versa 4 with any purchase of a pixel 7 between the 6th and 23rd of Decmber. I cannot see any details on how to claim this, and the watch was not delivered with the phone.

Any ideas?

On the page where you ordered it from under Features you can read under Google Pixel 7 Pro GWP T&C's (not obvious that it's "Google Watch Promotion" admittedly):
