I purchased a Xbox Series S with 2 controllers. One of the controllers are faulty and I wish to return it for a new one. How do I do this ?

Less than a week ago, it's on my contract, I am paying monthly for it

@Cher3  You’ll have to call customer services about this and you’ll probably find that you have to return the whole package as the controllers are part of it.
