Newly joined EE 31 days ago (so 1 billing cycle). When will i be eligible for offers such as additional Sims etc as it presently says I'm ineligible which is frustrating.
Chat delivers higher pricing than the offers "just for me"! And so I want to be able to select these offers through the app.
Help always appreciated

Once you’ve made payment of your first bill, all available offers will show in your EE app/EE account online when you are eligible for an additional contract.
