Eeperks password

Emails to reset my eeperks password are reported as sent but not coming through (not in junk either).

Any advice?

Thanks for coming here. 

Are you using a work email or personal email address to login? 

Are you using the same email address as you registered to request the password reset email?

I have tried with both work and personal email. And yes I am using the same
email as I registered with.

It appears that a few others have posted with the same issue.

I’m having no luck at all with trying to access my EE perk account it was saying it was deactivated for a week. I phoned EE who said they had passed it over to the EE perk team last Tuesday. I was told to keep on trying on a daily basis….still nothing, also a few investigators on this forum has messaged me and said that it would be sorted out soon 48hrs still nothing. Tried today and now it’s saying that my login details I’ve supplied are invalid.
I’ve tried resetting my password but I am not receiving a reset password email from EE either to do it so I can’t get any further. I am at a complete loss been trying for over a week now to access my nhs ee perk so I can upgrade. 😔

Now that your account has been reset, you'll need to re-register at perk.ee.co.uk/Registration.
