I am becoming increasingly frustrated that I can’t log onto EE perks- I provided my work email address but never received a emails to verify. I the uploaded my ID and received an email to say I had been accepted but still needed to verify my email! I can’t log on to Ee perks as the password reset doesn’t work and now it’s saying I’m locked out of the account ?? So what do I do next!

I can't log into my perk account and when I try reset password nothing happens. I have checked junk mail. Please help.

Have you registered with your work or personal email address?

Hi. I’ve tried to register my works email and it says my account has been deactivated due to not registering in allowed time frame. I have tried to re-register. I have validated my email and still can’t get the codes. Please could you advise

I'm not receiving the verification email to my work email address either - can someone contact me regarding this please, as I'm looking to upgrade my phone today.
